INFORMATION & ADVICE
Our Information Advice service provides face-to-face information about Benefits including:
- Attendance Allowance
- Disability Living Allowance
- Carers Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax
- Grants
Our Information & Advice Officer is available Monday - Friday between 9 - 4pm (by appointment) at Park Street 50+ Activity Centre and can also arrange Home Visits for help filling in Benefit Forms and also Bereavement Counselling.
We also hold a Pension Surgery on Wednesdays between 10-12noon, where a member from the Pension Service is available (no appointment necessary) to assist with any Pension related queries.
On Thursdays we hold a Legal Advice Surgery where a Solicitor will provide a FREE Consultation between 10-12noon.
